PECKFORTON CASTLE WEDDING VIDEO
| MARY & MATTHEW |
Given the time of year we knew a Peckforton Castle Wedding would look perfect in the setting. The leaves were turning brown and there was a chill in the air, so what better place to be in the Autumn than a castle.
We knew this wedding would be special, first off because Joy at Unique Weddings and Events was planning the day. You can always guarantee a stress free day when Joy is in charge. She is a master of her craft and will only choose trusted suppliers to create the vision which helps the day run as smoothly and professionally as possible.
To begin the day we were greeted by the wonderful Jenn Edwards & Co! This was the first time we’d seen Jenn since our own wedding back in May so it was quite an emotional ‘hello’. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jenn and her wonderful team on a few occasions now so it was an easy choice for us to personally book Jenn for our day. We knew Mary and her bridesmaids were going to look even more beautiful with Jenn’s hair and make-up artistry.
Back in the castle and away from bridal preparations, Red Floral Architecture were there to create the most stunning Autumnal display. There were hues of plum and burgundy in flower and foliage to really complement the time of year and the venue. There’s nothing better than a dark and moody castle in the darker times of the year! The bride and groom had quite an alternative style so aesthetically, the day as a whole looked absolutely perfect. Once we found out about the bride’s love of Shakespeare too, the whole day was completely fitting. It was all very poetic. From the romantic ceremony through to the eloquent speeches, and then to the cake cut… with a sword! The perfect apparatus to cut an amazing cake created by super talented Suzanne at The Frostery!
To help set the mood in the evening with lighting was Hip Swing which certainly didn’t disappoint! For video, lighting is so important so it’s always a good sign when there is a professional lighting company hired in for a wedding. We know this will add an extra element to the video and the actual mood on the day. Finally, the guests all danced the night away to the music stylings of Six 15, starting the evening off with a bit of rock n’ roll! Perfect for this crowd.
Thank you so much to Joy, Mary & Matthew for hiring us to capture your beautiful day. We had so much fun! We wish the bride and groom every happiness in their future together, congratulations again!
